Takeda Ninlaro Project

About Takeda Ninlaro Project

Takeda Ninlaro is a standalone high containment production facility which is now manufacturing Takeda’s multiple Myeloma drug Ninlaro / Oral Cancer treatment. MedProGas were engaged by SPIE / ModuleCo as design partners in providing a Nitrogen distribution and Compressed Air distribution system serving a series of Cleanrooms housing.

60no. Incubators in each room. The Nitrogen was provided via an externally located BOC Bulk N2 supply and the Compressor was a ‘free issue’ supply by ModuleCo. MPG installed a degreased s/s swaged system for the Nitrogen (99.999% / grade 5.0) distribution, reducing from 6 bar mains to 1 bar supply via Duplex PRV set within Plantroom above, dropping to Production Rooms. Sets of Incubators were fed via a high level s/s ring main.

MedProGas offered bespoke Duplex PRV arrangements to suit Client specific requirements.

All works installed / signed off to BCGA requirements and Clients satisfaction – with 3rd Partybvalidation by Client QC.
